If you are anything like me, you were or are just not aware of how stress affects your wellness and wellbeing. For me, stress was just something that was so normal to me and let me tell you “STRESS” was all I knew. Every little thing would stress me out and cause me to worry so much about things that I couldn’t even control. I have learned that living with so much stress truly affects your mental health, physical health, and just your overall wellness and wellbeing. If you can relate or are just tired of being stressed out, now is the time to take control of any stress that you may be feeling and start finding ways to manage it so that it doesn’t control your life in a negative unhealthy way.
